Refund Policy

  • Clients have the right to request a refund if they are not satisfied with our services or support or wish to cancel their subscription.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within five (5) days from the date of purchase.
  • Only the subscription fee is eligible for a refund, while the installation fee is non-refundable.

Upgrade or Downgrade Any Package

  • Clients have the flexibility to upgrade their active package at any time. However, downgrading a package is not permitted.
  • If a client wishes to downgrade a package, they must close their active package and create a new account.

Date of Inactive Client

Clients will be considered inactive if they do not renew their packages for a period of 6 months. In such cases, we will remove the client's data and uninstall the software from our server. It's important to note that the 6-month period is counted from the expiration date of the packages.

Compliance With Local Law

Business owners are required to comply with all local and national laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where they operate. Additionally, they should adhere to industry-specific practices. Business owners are expected to collaborate with suppliers who are dedicated to meeting the necessary standards as dictated by local and national laws.

Business Integrity, Anti-Bribery

Business activities must be conducted with the utmost ethics, honesty, and fairness. Staff members should be well-versed in these policies and procedures and should avoid engaging in threats, bribery, or corrupt practices. Offering, paying, soliciting, or accepting bribes or kickbacks, including facilitation payments, is strictly prohibited.

Discrimination

  • Employment discrimination is strictly prohibited, encompassing hiring, compensation, promotion, and discipline.
  • Discrimination should not be based on gender, race, religion, caste, age, disability, sexual orientation, pregnancy, marital status, nationality, political opinion, trade union affiliation, social or ethnic origin, or any other status protected by law.

  • POS Native offers dedicated 24/7 support services through phone and email.
  • Physical support services and training are provided exclusively during the software installation process.
